I’m not at home and have no time to check it. But if you’re wondering if guys who win 10 games in year 3 get an extension, normally. They do. Some go on to justify the extension and some don’t.

I know some here don’t see last season with an asterisk, but most AD’s have.

This year has shown major improvement. I’d be shocked if we didn’t win 2-3 of the remaining games. If we don’t, it’s 50/50 - just depends on what metrics Wildhack is using.

You can't say last year doesn't count and then also use it as a barometer for improvement. So where is the major improvement? vs 2019? Are our losses closer than 2019? Sure, but we were also 5-7 that year. W/L wise we are in a tough spot to catch that team.

You can argue that 2019 was the worst season Dino has had here. In 2020 we had a new OC, new DC, a bunch of injuries, an insane schedule, and Covid to deal with. Outside of the Louisville game we were still relatively competitive.

You can easily argue that this is Dino's 2nd best season here. The 2016 team got smacked around by some bad teams. The 2017 team was slightly better with Dungey but very similar. Without him though we were really bad. If we go 4-8 and play close games in our losses, I think you need to put this year as his 2nd best team.

The 2016, 2017, and 2021 teams have looked better than the 2015 team but the results are the same. That team went 4-8 (2-6) with and avg score of 27.25 to 31. Sound familiar?

What bothers me the most about Dino is that he’s never wrong. “I would make that call again”. Also he came in here with all this orange is the new fast and it takes 1.5 seasons to implement. Well where are we now. We can’t even run a 2 minute offense. Where are all the social media posts we had 6 years ago pumping up fans. Now we only get some photoshop artwork a teenager can put together. Dino has failed on so many fronts it’s comical. The inability to bring in players to run his own offense is cause for termination. The inability to sustain the offense he was hired for is down right laughable. What he is saying is he sold us on a bill of goods that he couldn’t produce. The way he Acts on the sideline tells me everything. Look at the video right after last nights kick. He said wow, the guy is snake bit and can’t figure it out. He came in with the gambler attitude and that didn’t work. Now he is hedging every move and that’s not working. He can’t figure out what to do next so it’s time for a change and you pray the core players stay intact because there is talent here. We just need a leader to “bake them in the oven”

The only thing baked is Dinos brain. The poor guy is so bad under pressure. Hopefully he pulls it together.
