Willie Taggart and Greg Schiano have interviewed and now the Oregon Ducks search for its next football coach advances to the "search firm" stage. UO athletic director Rob Mullens has plans to conduct multiple interviews Monday in New York, The Oregonian/OregonLive has learned.

Today's New York-based interviews were scheduled by Parker Executive Search and include sitting head coaches and "wildcards," per a source.

I'm just posting what I see out there.

Saw that Oregon is in NYC interviewing. Perhaps they are after Kevin Ollie.

He needs the right fit, Mr Fleck is not for everyone, that is for sure. he makes a lab pup look low energy. I am sure he's a lot to handle

Ruhle seems like a poor fit based on geographic connections. He's lived west of the Mississippi for 1 year in his 18 years of coaching. Not to mention the first 22 years of his life spent in State College. They must have paid a fortune!

Wow - I figured a candidate like him would be more particular instead of going into that mess. But lot of money to turn down and it's a Power 5 job.

agreed. i'm shocked I thought he could/would get a much better job but not a lot of openings and may have felt the need to jump now and not wait till next year. franklin has pedo state locked up now for a few years.

Agreed on Oregon. That's the only one giving me pause right now.

P5 to Houston means it's only about money. I just can't see it happening if you have national championship aspirations.

Moorehead to Temple is a nice call, Moorehead is a good coach and will an interesting candidate down the road as a solid possibility to replace Dino when he leaves Syracuse. If he can do well at Temple that would bode well.

Moorehead's extremely well respected in the coaching community, especially in the NorthEast.

Good to know, he's been successful pretty much at every stop, good OC, Good HC. Could be a great fit down the road.
