Haha. "First."
Let's hope Tanaka comes back strong tomorrow and the Yankees aren't forced to give up much for a Happ rental. Bird seems to be driving the ball recently so maybe he's settling in. Moustakas makes no sense at all. Both Sanchez and Torres will be back after the break so the line-up should be intact for the stretch run.
Interesting. Wonder if Frazier heading back down again.
Either he's starting Game #2 instead of Cessa, or there's another move coming after Game #1.
Don't think so, unless Hicks is 100%.Interesting. Wonder if Frazier heading back down again.
Does Cole have any options left? Totally speculating on Frazier, but Wade can also play in the outfield.Guessing that Cole gets sent down for Cessa,
then Cessa gets sent down tomorrow for Tanaka.
Less then stellar outing from CC, Boone stuck with him to long.
way too long.
Key stat by Sterling. Yanks 3-3 against Baltimore this year (so far). Sox 9-1.I know Baltimore is a god awful team this year but once it was 2nd and 3rd nobody out, he should have gone to the pen. Hoping the offense will step up here and pick him up, they haven't exactly been killing it themselves the last few games and Baltimore's bull pen is pretty bad so fingers crossed.
Boo."Machado, who just turned 26, will be a free agent following the season and the report in The Athletic indicated Machado could take over at third, with Andujar going back to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre." Sending a possible ROY back to the farm? Really?

Get it done Cashman. And have them include Scherzer in the deal.Unlikely...NYY need SPs and a 1B more than anything...although I think they will stick with Bird for at least the rest of the season...
