That pitching staff is not top 3 in the AL.
The division series is going to be played without an off day.
So we will see how good the Yankees pitching is if they win the first round.

We could have swept them. Lost the 10 run inning game 2 to 1 the next night. This series like I said we were mentally checked out we didnt need this series. Never started our A lineup once.

Being mentally checked out sounds like a great way to prepare for the playoffs.

Incredible how the Marlins make the playoffs after that post.
What is more amazing is the Cardinals and Marlins have made up all those games cancelled. Now 7 inning doubleheaders helped a lot but they caught up.

Miami winning the WS would make the chit stained season even better.

Duct tape and glue Rays team only win in the regular season. They will be exposed in the postseason. Yankees never played them healthy this year. That first 4 game series we played in tampa we won the first game then lost next 2 late close games and then 4th game Stanton got hurt. All the rest of the games Yankees werent healthy.

David Peterson and deGrom are the only locks for the rotation next year as Noah is recovering from TJ surgery. If there aren't serviceable pitchers in FA, could be looking at another lost year.
