Seattle could offer them Russell Wilson and I wouldn’t do it now.

That's quite a haul for SF to give up. I think Fields and Lance both fit very well in K-Shanahan's scheme but they both might take time to develop. I think that's why SF keeps Jimmy G for this year and then moves on next year
