Dike showing his potential tonight!Holy s*** Daryl
Dike showing his potential tonight!Holy s*** Daryl
He almost took Barnsley up by himself. Have to think he’s bound for a decent European club at this rate soon. Meanwhile we have plenty of depth at RWB and still toss Acosta on to give up a penDike showing his potential tonight!
We didn’t qualify for 2018.did we not qualify for the World Cup or was that the last one?
or is this it?
trying to figure out if i should care what is going on or if it doesnt matter till closer till 2026.
We didn’t qualify for 2018.
2022 WCQ starts in September.
We play @ El Salvador, Canada in Nashville, @ Honduras.
To start September.
US has 1 shot on net. Canada is flooding the middle and the US can’t break them down. Our last third of the pitch isn’t good at finishing.I mean, up 1-0 but Canada having a good run heading into the break.
Also that for Canada at the 48’ was a joke. Should have been a set piece into the Canadian box.
Dike oozes with potential. Only a matter of time…US has 1 shot on net. Canada is flooding the middle and the US can’t break them down. Our last third of the pitch isn’t good at finishing.
Zardes is showing why he isn’t with the A team.
I wish his spot was replaced by a younger up and comer.
We all see Dike has a future in Europe.
And almost exposed from the 2nd half jump. Yikes.US has 1 shot on net. Canada is flooding the middle and the US can’t break them down. Our last third of the pitch isn’t good at finishing.

It’s our manager and the talent we have on the pitch.Understand this is the Gold Cup (largely B) team but I hate this back the bus up bunker strategy.
I agree. Just would like to assess just how big the talent drop off is but that’s impossible when we park the bus after 1 goal. It’s our manager and the talent we have on the pitch.
I repeat myself but MLS dominant USMNT aren’t good.
We are better off just letting the young kids play trial by fire. I like certain players but the overall shape and roster is frustrating.
The heavy touches and lack of possession is terrible.
Time and time again you see this strategy blow up: the team on the offensive creates an unsettled moment inside the 18 or a free kick from 20-25 yards, and they hit an equalizer. Looks like settling for 1-0 versus Canada is the strategy… gross.I agree. Just would like to assess just how big the talent drop off is but that’s impossible when we park the bus after 1 goal.
Exactly. England pulled the same crap against Italy and got lucky Chiesa left with injury.Time and time again you see this strategy blow up: the team on the offensive creates an unsettled moment inside the 18 or a from 20-25 yards, and they hit an equalizer. Fair question and there have certainly been possessions let down by horrible touches/passes.have they really done that or is it just in ability to control the ball enough. the few times we got some control we created semi good chances. but the D is pretty shaky in the back right now.
It’s ugly, indeed. There are some obvious no more caps for you on this squad kind of guys. Ugly ugly football today.
