Honestly he should have done better on the first goal too. His reaction time is really slow

He is the GK in CONCACAF.

Yeah. It probably works better for us if CR played their regulars. Far more team speed tonight with the youngsters.

Yep. South American sides play like concacaf just way more skill obviously point being we struggle with them. Our style of play it serves us better vs a stronger Euro side.

Understatement on Steffen. He is much better on the ball but gets lost on set pieces.

Also we did awful switch fields. See it too much. Shrinking the field way too often.

Yeah that first goal was bad. That said you want your keeper if he is going to be #1 on a knockout round WC squad to be able to show up in moments when you need him. Twice we needed Steffen two do so and twice he wasn't good. Obviously with help from some bad defensive miscues. First two games in the cycle the D was stout and Zach didn't have much to worry about.
