Neither Clint nor Donovan were strikers. Clint was an attacking midfielder, and Donovan was a winger.

I don’t agree with that and McBride is my favorite player. They were no better against quality opponents than who we have now on the squad. McBride was better in the air than any of them but we still need someone a level above anyone we’re talking about. IMO.
