This was Joe Judge overly conservative crap.

Yes, Tommy sucks. But your defense was insane, Barkley is one of the best players in the league and ran for 120, and this game was one first down from being over multiple times….and you didn’t even try.

At the end of the day it doesn't matter because this team isn't going anywhere but, if you don't trust your backup QB to throw a pass, then get someone else to be the backup QB.

Good sign coming out of this game is that Thibodeaux is starting to play like the high draft pick that he was.

I don’t expect that the NFL will provide an official explanation.

As we’ve learned here, officials don’t impact the outcomes of games, and players and coaches should be expected to execute flawlessly regardless of whether the officials are completely incompetent.

It was 4th and 1, correct? Once Devito came in Daboll played it 1950's conservative. Why deviate from that and try a FG were 2 of the 3 outcomes are bad? Just run it on 4th down. Convert it's game over. If not at least your making Zach start on his own 20. If they run on 4th and 1 and somehow still lose nobody is killing Daboll today.

Also Gano was listed as questionable all week, has a bad knee, had already missed a FG, and it was pouring rain. Terrible conditions all around to try and kick. Felt like it was cowardly and shifted all the blame to the player.

NFL screwed us with a brutal early schedule filled with almost all road games, and now the refs have screwed us twice on the last play of the game.

We should be 4-4.

I’m not watching another NFL game this season. Waste of time, and it’s about as real as WWE at this point. Refs just do whatever they feel like.

TTD could have taken the shotgun snap, ran back to their own 40, waited 5 seconds while the defense wondered What was happening, and then showed everyone his beautiful arm by launching it through the uprights. Would probably leave enough for 1 Jets play (sans obligatory stupid penalty).

Makes sense to get something of value for him as he’s a high priced veteran and soon to be free agent. And they did well getting 2 picks, including a second rounder.

I really liked him though. When we first got him, he restored some legitimacy to what was a horrible team that really lacked talent. He’s lost a step but is still good and plays tough, hard, and often has played through injuries. Unfortunate we couldn’t have had him on some better teams, because him and Lawrence were fun together.

If you watch the replay, the ref clearly runs in, touches the ball and runs out through the defense. That is how play is started after a long gain.

I don't care one way or the other.

When you run the ball 23 times in a row and you don't allow your QB to throw a pass beyond the line of scrimmage you are a complete meathead and you deserve to lose.
