The most intriguing could be Alabama transfer defensive lineman Braylen Ingraham, who has the opportunity to help transform a defensive front that was often overmatched last season.

I only noticed that Syracuse is listing Ingraham as a Redshirt Junior, implying he's got 2 years left which I didn't realize. Listed at 6'4 298lbs

I hope he can stay healthy. We have a lot of returning guys on the D line, but he would add some serious bulk in the heart of the defense. He doesn't have to play every down, but he has to be a solid rotation guy, and then we will be pretty darn good up front.

He has similar stats to a few guys who made the All-ACC team and he did not. Real or not, it's some good motivation.

Not according to the new roster player weights. But yes they look bigger.

Ye Chase came in a lifter and he definitely looks like he has added good mass to his frame. A guy to watch out for potentially this season.

Tomorrow starts the SU fandom year long cycle for me ( I follow Lax to a much lesser intensity)

March -April Gleam any info from Spring practice.
April - Attend Spring game.
May- June. pretty quiet
July start slowly amping up
August - follow summer camp , get really amped.
Sept-Nov Best time of year
Nov add hoops to the mix although I’m more football then hoops (slightly)
Dec Bowl Game ….. hopefully
Jan- March Hoops
And here we go again
