16 teams use the bowls as tournament sites. 8,4,2,1= 15 bowls in the playoffs over 4 weeks, let every school have the 15 days of practice, and call it a day get rid of the other bowls as unnecessary.

What could be more necessary than going to sunny florida in a big game vs a big opponent and partying with Cuse fans?
