The oline is just an excuse for Rodgers. Coming into the season and through September they were top 5 in PFF. Not sure what they are now, but that’s not their only problem. He looks like Roethlisberger did his last year in Pittsburgh.

I’ve heard that about 10 different teams, looking for an exscuse for their crap Qb play
Back to my original point - Rodgers is statuesque given his age and the injury he had a year ago. A lot more of his game than people realize was predicated on his ability to create time in the pocket with his mobility. He can't do that anymore and, to a lesser extent, neither can R Wilson. I'm not too impressed with anything Wilson accomplished last night against the Gmen.

Sorry I'm not here to defend Rodgers, he's declined in a notable way but the notion that the NYJ have a top five OL is hilarious. I remember Lane Johnson being interviewed recently and he was asked what he thought of PFF and their ranking of OL play. Not much is the short answer without the expletives.

Going to be really hard for them to retool. It's not for the lack of spending. A bunch of those guys are getting big money. Their entire offense is. 10 of their top 16 paid players are on that side of the ball just to be 25th in the league in scoring. The lowest paid starter they have is Breece Hall. They'll have to burn it all down and start over once again.

Yeah I thought they could build off that great draft they had a few years ago with Sauce, Hall, G. Wilson and Jermaine Johnson but the miss on Zach Wilson was a killer. And their OL woes have been a weak spot for close to a decade. I liked Joe Douglas when he was #2 with the Eagles but he's had a rough go the last two years.

Rookie from the Jets scores a TD on his first carry from scrimmage. Oops, he dropped the ball before he crossed the line, no one laid a glove on him. Same old Jets.

So how was Wilsons catch legal? They just had a replay the other day where the same ft hit twice and it didnt count. Now this game it did count?

did the rules change the last few days?

Shin is different from foot. It always has been.

I put a sizeable for me bet on the Jets ML but didn't turn on the game until early 4th quarter when Jets were leading 14-10. If I saw that play I would've broken my hand punching the wall.

I know just how you feel. I saw it in real time even before the announcers picked up on it. Instead of punching something I went and made a G&T.

I get that.

I dont get why they ruled the entire shin didnt hit in bounds .
They did. On review they determined that his shin hit in bounds before his knee hit out of bounds. It was a catch. What are you confused about?

I think the shin extends to just below the knee

much like foot has to be all in or out.

The rule needs to be changed anyway. It's not necessary for two feet to be on the line to be out, so why do you need two feet down to be in? It's a dumb rule.

nobody can sail a pass quite like Trevor Lawrence. He 100% lost them that game

He is obsessed with low % throws on high leverage plays. It's bizarre. Every 3rd&3 is a deep out or fade.

What is it going to take to get this idiot out of town.
A losing season.

The coordinators are much better this year, and some of Howie's moves have really paid off. Zack Baun has been playing like an All-Pro, the rookie DB's are excellent, and Nakobe Dean doesn't look like a bust after all...

Plus, Siriani may have lost us, but it doesn't look like he's lost the locker room.

Eagles played with their food all game but Jax didn't make them pay
