I wish they would show a better replay of that.

It looked pretty catchable for Kincaid.

I will not be watching the Super Bowl this year. I hope the Eagles win, but really have no interest in watching it. Between the Dolphins being a joke and being sick of the Chiefs and SU basketball, I'm seriously losing interesting in sports in general.

Also, was that interception/catch call correct?

They explained it for 7 minutes and I still didn't understand.

Nope, they got that one wrong too and it was fairly obvious to everyone but the people making the decision.

yeah the INT was interesting. If you rule the Bills guy had it with 2 hands and it hits the ground its a catch. if you rule the KC guy had it with barely one hand it cant be a catch.

But they so often give the ball so often to the WR on those plays where the defender is making the true catch its hard to understand how they interpret the rule at all.

It was never going to be an INT or incomplete pass. The Bills were called for holding on the play. The most likely scenario is they just delay a Chiefs TD which gives the Bills little to no time to answer before the half.

If the Chiefs win again this year (which makes me want to barf) is Mahomes the clear-cut #2 QB of all time, or is he still behind Peyton and Montana?

Clear cut Top 5 for sure. I’m not ready to put him #2 yet. One thing I like about Brady and Manning is they showed their greatness at two different spots.

No doubt Mahomes is awesome, but Andy Reid has to retire eventually. Can Mahomes excel without him?

I also like to think about swapping in one guy for another. In other words, would Manning or Brady win on these KC teams? No doubt, IMO. Would Mahomes have flourished on the Colts/Broncos or Patriots/Bucs? A high probability, but not a slam dunk, IMO.

This league is so different than the generations before. I cannot compare him to guys pre free agency who took absolute beatings.

He is certainly top 2 or 3 of this current league format that heavily favors everything offense. It's just not the same game.

It may exist already, but I wish they could develop an algorithm for ranking QBs that adjusts for the historical era in which they played.

For example, Roger Staubach is 69th all time in QB rating and Tyrod Taylor is 36th. That doesn’t seem to accurately reflect their respective greatness.

With a win Mahomes is two and breathing on Brady. The Andy Reid factor is interesting. Prior to Mahomes arrival he was viewed as a choke artist. If the front office stays the same Mahomes will be fine without Reid.

Regarding parity, for whatever it's worth, the last three CFP title games have featured six different teams (Georgia, TCU, Michigan, Washington, Ohio State, ND). The last three Super Bowls have only featured three different teams (Chiefs, Eagles, Niners).

Just think if Brady had retired prior to 2018 there’s a good chance Mahomes has 5 rings already and would be the clear cut GOAT.

One has no salary cap and the other doesn't. Interesting how that turned out.

He is the Lebron James of the NFL with his flopping and fake sliding. How the league has not made the fake slide a personal foul at this point is mind boggling.

good point. there are 12 teams that have never won a Super Bowl and the buffalo bills
are in that club. for that reason alone i would have liked to see some combo of bills/chargers/texans vs detroit/vikings. that'd give a us new 1st time winner.
