2024 Schedule...

That stretch of Virginia, Cornell, and Notre Dame looks pretty tough for OSU

has 6-8 written all over it
Maybe. OSU needs to find some offense.
Defensive end of the field looks pretty good, assuming Fyock is ready to go in goal as a freshman. Burke on face-offs.

they were horrific on defense last year and a freshman goalie isnt going to save them

OSU does have decent personnel on the defense though.
OSU was 5-9 last year and didn't win on the road. I think that schedule looks more like 5-9 again. It will be tough for them to get a win in the Big 10, although they do get 3 of the 5 games at home.

How long will Myers be able to hang on with these mediocre results? They axed the women's HC after 3 years, so I would imagine that heat is being turned up.

February 3rd (likely start to season) against Vermont confirmed. Four game road trip to start the season is rough, though not sure anyone wants to play in Burlington in February.

I was there in early April, you didn't really wanna play then either so I csn only imagine the nightmare of 2 months earlier

One would have to figure another 5-9 season might do it.

It probably doesn't help matters that Michigan was successful last year, and beat OSU twice.

Kind of striking that they don’t have any ACC teams on the schedule. Also only 12 games? Not a lot of wiggle room here.

Odd OOC to be honest for a team that wants to make a run. Cornell and Yale the only marquee OOC games and as you noted it's only a 12 game schedule

Last year, PSU also had Penn on the schedule, seems to have replaced them with Navy.

Penn appears to be going on their Duke/UNC trip instead.

Penn state vs marq is at springfield high school i believe march 16th which is a 5-10min drive from me also which my father already said wants to go. As he has driven all way up to cuse with me many times only fair go to this game with him even tho psu is second to cuse (by long shot) in my heart.

February 5th in the Dome vs Colgate confirmed. The Raiders coming off just a day of rest after playing Penn State on the road that Saturday.

Last year the schedule was released on Dec 1.

We're getting close.

That PSU outcome will be fascinating

Syracuse now listed on the Utah schedule.

Wednesday February 21st in the Dome.

For Utah, the game is sandwiched between games with Denver and Vermont. Heck of an opening slate for Utah, they kick things off with Notre Dame, Ohio State, Denver and Syracuse. Only Denver is a home game.

Man thats some OOC for a school like Utah. They have what should be PSU's OOC.

Two Wed games for SU, that has to be a first. The Utah game is fascinating on a couple of levels. Utah bailed on a game here late a few years ago due to program costs but clearly there was no bad blood.

I also find it funny Utah is flying all the way out here and then their next game is home vs Vermont. Odd they wouldn't just play at Vermont being so close and combo the trip. Those guys have a hell of a travel schedule.

Maybe they have to use their miles before they expire. I'm looking at you American Airlines

Tough schedule for the Hounds. Quite an opening slate of games, and they also have Duke in there.

Apparently, Michigan's Marquette game is in Naples, Florida. So they play Marquette on Saturday in Naples and then at Jacksonville on Tuesday
