This class will start to make a dent in four seasons. How many of these guys have ceilinged out in prep school remains to be seen.

"Used to" is needlessly negative considering SU just won the ACC and went to the FF.
 
If I was a teenager who spent his whole life in CNY, and I had the opportunity to attend college anywhere I wanted to, why would I choose to stay in CNY?

I would go away to someplace different.

For a year or two anyways, then hit the portal and transfer back here.

and with that roster "subpar" means failing to get to the quarters at least and really should mean missing the final 4 with the talent they have

Kids these days… how is it UNC is pulling this with UVA/ND/Duke/Ivies not landing any? I get the limitations with Cuse, but something doesn’t add up when you have all these other high academic institutions not landing them either. Hopefully we will get a Miami I style 30:30 in the future on the recruiting infractions that must be happening 🤣
 
Unironically, its Belicheck, hes a LAX guy and is bringing a lot of attnetion to the program and likely demanding UNC fund it well, also just the celebrity angle. Also having a football game on Sep 1 cant have hurt even if the team got murdered

Notre Dame is likely landing Cross very soon here, so they will be more than fine. Duke already has 2 5*s with more coming to them as well. UVA is the one to worry about and with the drama there right now, I don think its a surprise at all they are struggling right now

Pretty sure our last recruit from Haverford was Matt Walters in 2011.

That ain't happening unless they literally do not win a game. No way they try and blow it up with all these recruits in the fold. And there is too much talent on the roster for them to fail in a major way this season, even if they had bad coaching. They should be a top 5 team if Duffy and Petro can finally stay healthy.
 
Just for the record, we do have imo the most important 5* in the class with Sobel… Entenmann was the game changer for ND over a kavanaugh (I’ll die on that hill), and I think we have a high chance at a title if we can place a high scoring team offense on the field on the opposing end. Entenmann > O’Neill in terms of impact on teams as well. So I think over the course of four years Sobel will have more of an impact on our team in terms of success over some of the offensive guys.

Sky isn’t falling not landing 5*s on O, but obviously you’d rather have those guys commit too.

i don't believe you've spent a weekend at unc in session. it's pretty remarkable and really probably only challenged by an ole miss type sec school. and i'm from what's considered a pretty fortunate coed environment.

i can tell you that pic probably didn't come from unc. because i'm not sure they would've gotten through admissions, the talent is crazy deep.
