They have to be just taking pictures. No way the would let them be that disrespectful to be texting, or surfing twitter during this stuff.

I saw that tweet the other day. There wasn't anywhere on base, or any of the training areas that I couldn't get solid service. They were probably just told that they would be on radio silence for the week.
