Eric Dungey is the future. I just want to get that on the record as often as possible.

Said it after the fanfest scrimmage, he will be the number 2 possibly this year and the starter next season.

I didn't say he was great, what I said was I think he is the best behind Hunt. Long way to go to be great but he shows potential, enough that he is in the running for #2 according to Shafer.

If he does win the #2 job, that tells me that the coaches think he is ready to play and that they aren't concerned about saving his eligibility.

If we see the 2014 version of Hunt, I would pull the plug early and start the climb towards Dungey's ceiling.

Let's not hold the whole town accountable for the thoughts of a few. Some of us grew up there and are awesome (self appointed).

If Dungey is the #2, it will be interesting to see if he gets playing time late in the Rhode Island game with a big lead. Would they sacrifice his redshirt?
