Saturday I took the drive over from Durham, NC to Winston Salem. I had front row tickets directly behind the Cuse bench, so I was able to really listen in on the bench.

(1) After the Wake TD, Shafer came over to Whigham and was not happy. I won't say more but Shafer was on Whigham.

(2) Coaches seem to have a lot of chemistry. I really like having Coach McDonald on the sideline. Made his rounds to a bunch of different groups.

(3) Coach Lea seems to be a really fired up guy and was really motivating the LBs

(4) Towards the end of the game, when the bench players were in, Eskridge, Darius Kelly, and Reddish were sitting on the bench. Dyshawn ran over to them and screamed at them to GET UP AND ROOT FOR THERE TEAMMATES. Love to see that from a senior leader.

(5) After Welsh scored his TD, shafer ran over to him and gave him the biggest hug. Love to see that. Shafer also hugged Kimble before he went on. He loves his players.

(6) AJ is so cool calm and collected. Warmed up on the sideline every time the defense was on.

(7) Cam Lynch is a straight up leader. Guy was motivating every single person on the sideline the entire game. Love him

You were in public seats - why cant you say more. its not like you were in a meeting room or something. if you feel like it PM the details please, id like to know.

I never liked having both GMC and Lester in the box, lose a lot with that on the field, IMO. Acosta always seems to have too much going on down there and or Rob Moore last year

Thx for that...

Good to hear. Dyshawn had a great game... Hope he keeps it up.

Love that kind of report! Thanks.

Great report, who's going to do this for the next game?!?!?!?

Interesting - I saw Shafer go over to Whig and give him a piece of his mind. Would have loved to hear that!

Also wanted to mention--A LOT of credit goes to Tim Daoust. I have no idea how that guy has a freaking voice right now. Every single play he is screaming at the top of his lungs. Not at someone, but to everyone.

For example--everytime the offense gets to 3rd down--he is screaming PUNT ALERT PUNT ALERT to let the punt team to be ready.

Great post.

Daoust and Shafer are nuts. Super guys in person, too.

Curious if you could hear our LGO cheering and our 3rd down noise?
