Was there a choice? I’ve lost track with AA.
I thought he was done done.
I believe he did have a year. He played:
2016 Oklahoma
2017 Oklahoma
He sat out most of 2018 as a transfer but was eligible for the bowl game because he met the year in residency requirement after the semester ended and it would be fewer than 4 games.
Syracuse football transfers Abdul Adams, Trishton Jackson eligible to play in bowl
The players have fulfilled their year in residence as mandated by the NCAA for Division I transfers.www.syracuse.com
2019 SU
2020 Sat out
2021 SU
2022 I think he gets a redo of the COVID year he sat out if he wants.
Correct he is 24. Agree that as much as I loved college, when all your friends and classmates have moved on with life, it's hard not to want to do the same.I think this is right.
He's also probably at or nearing 24 years old and likely just wants to get on with life, NFL or not.

Good luck Abdul. He was a really good special teams guy. Always played hard.
Yeah, I see 4 years played + Covid + redshirt. So if you don’t count the covid year he still played in 16, 17, 19, and 21. That’s 4 years. Still confused.

Sunday night poker.Where’s OrangeXtreme
Yeah. I’m pretty sure there are no more limits on playing. People pretend there are but guys just keep going. I don’t think the NCAA cares. Just keep going. An adult at ETSU was in his 8th year, (4 at Temple and 4 at ETSU)
Can’t keep track of all the various ways to get more years
Anyway best of luck the Adam’s and thanks for your time at Cuse
There's a less than zero chance he gets drafted.
I think you're right. If 2020 were one of the 4 seasons he played, he could come back. But he played 4 seasons not counting the Covid year, so I think he's done, regardless. So if you don’t count the covid year he still played in 16, 17, 19, and 21. That’s 4 years. Still confused.
