The number of 49er injuries is shocking, this is the third likely HOFer that they have lost for the rest of this season! And a 4th, Trent William, was out last game - don't know if he is playing today.I don’t ever recall seeing so many in football. (George Kittle just snapped his).
Can someone who understands football training explain why they seem much more common?
Your observation is accurate. Here’s a little light reading for you (and anyone else interested) that gives some possible reasons.I don’t ever recall seeing so many in football. (George Kittle just snapped his).

But has it impacted your game as the Lounge Lizard at Ladies Night at the Braintree Marriott?I’ve torn both of mine. Last one was 14 years ago. Haven’t stepped on a basketball court since.
Hate seeing athletes going down with these.
I’m blame pickleball

Because, if it has, that would be tragic.

Ok, that' low, funny but low. Maybe we see a little trickeration interception.Even worse news for the 49ers: Kittle’s backup is Rickie Collins. But seriously, that is terrible. No idea why these injuries are increasing

That was a crazy short article for a scientific publication, and it hit the points I thought would have been raised - increasing size of players, and turf/surface. The one I did not know about was limitations on coaching staff contact with players in the offseason, so they can't monitor physical preparedness. Sort of the opposite of college ball.Your observation is accurate. Here’s a little light reading for you (and anyone else interested) that gives some possible reasons.
