I hope he’s ready physicallyHopefully it means Braswell will get a lot of minutes this year
No offense to bras but we're In trouble if we are counting on him giving us big time minutes next year.Hopefully it means Braswell will get a lot of minutes this year
I think they took him thinking he was going to get a waiver to play this year.Look of the staff knew the possibility was high that griffin wasn’t going to be able to play this year and felt uncomfortable about it they should of got another recruit for that position. We will see what happens
And Marek puts up a thousand threes every day over the summer.Guessing Qunicy, Marek and Sidibe start in the front court.
If he gets a waiver for moving closer to "home" then he plays. Otherwise, he sits.so the NCAA looks like they won't approve the immediate transfer rule does that mean he sits?

He's a Toronto kid, right? (Meant for all, not you newhouser) Seems like Buffalo would be actually close to home.
How many miles was he from Champaign, Illinois?Griffen is from down state, several hundred miles from SU. Not sure what the basis would be for a waiver.
Agreed. I'm not sure we would have been after him or he would have came here if the staff wasn't pretty damn sure he was going to eligibleI'll gladly wager anyone who doesn't think he will be eligible.

For sure. From everything I've read 99.9% of coaches have been operating as if it was going to pass and be implemented this season. Even if its denied I think waivers are going to be handed out like candyAlso "Board of directors recommends against waiver for all", but they are still having the vote. The NCAA needs all the PR they can get right now. If they are still voting it would be smart to approve it.
Interesting. His parents together? Like is mom in White Plains while dad is in Toronto? No. White Plains. His dad is an assistant with the Raptors.
