JK he’ll get a waiver. The second wave of Covid starts and season cancelled.

Does the waiver get granted before or after the season is canceled though...
And put us on probation for bothering them with a waiver request? They’ll grant the waiver.
Then cancel the season the day after practice starts and dock him a year of eligibility for it.
I sure hope not. That would be punitive for no reason. Although this is the NCAA so scratch logic. If there is no season ... do players who do the normal “sit out a year” transfer going to have to sit out two years ?

The rule says that you have to spend a "year in residence" at your new school before you become eligible.
As long as Griff enrolls in classes at SU for a year, he's satisfied the requirement.
is he in residence if its all online?

They may as well since a season is probably 50-50.
They would take a beating if they denied anyone. They may as well since a season is probably 50-50.
Hoping they're going alphabetically, and we'll get to the G's soon.
Syracuse will get punished because they took a transfer from another “orange” school
Then they bypassed Bleich.
If he can play I dont care if his name Dave Bing, lol. After all we had 2 MelosOnly one Alan (or Allen) Griffin allowed per school!
Rothstein is such an asshat. He used to be amusing but his takes are consistently terrible and he adds nothing of substance to anything, ever.
