It was definitely not east at first, but I feel so much better when I work out in the morning rather than put it off until later in the day. I'm not sure if my women's team rubbed off on me or them, but we practice 7am-9am during our season. They tell me because school/work/internships, yada yada yada; its's easier for them to commit to a set schedule for the rest of the day rather than have to work practice in at 4pm. I like to think we're instilling in them balance for when they graduate college.
The Michigan State joke possibilities here are just endless.

Yeah, and it's hard to eat and immediately do a hard workout. Vomit kind of ruins everything.Thats the problem for me. Plus I can’t do high intensity intervals on the bike at 5am with no nutrition. I mean, I can but the quality of the intervals won’t be very high so then it’s pointless to some degree.
