There’s not a college I know of that is selling player NIL merchandise themselves.

And this stuff that will be available at the Dome, is it SU selling it or someone else like Alabama is doing?

Which I responded too. That’s not tuckers NIL merchandise. He’s got deals with 500 level and a few other outlets. I haven’t seen any of it at SU. This is the one I bought from 500 level. I’d much rather have bought it from SU. Maybe the rules will change soon.

You couldn't buy a Tucker shirt before the NIL was finalized. Then the deal is finalized the gift store in the dome was packed with these. My son bought one. SU wouldn't have been able to profit off his name without compensation so how could they sell the Tucker T's if they weren't his NIL merch?

Look at it the other way. There’s about a dozen links on the forum to different players NIL merchandise. Why is none of it sold by SU? NIL merchandise is designed by or along with a designer, by the player. All that stuff is sold by outside companies. Even Buddy’s generic jersey was sold on campus. But he had stuff designed that was sold by players trunk. That stuff wasn’t sold at SU. It’s players going into business and having unique designs and opening a “store”. I’ll change my opinion when I see the merchandise these players have links too is being sold by SU.

We could assume the gift shop is really part of the school and not just some other Org that is selling in that location.. Much like many colleges where the campus store is not really part of the school but someone else selling stuff for them like Barnes and Noble
