I got a message stating I did not have permission to view it. Does that mean the thread got blocked. Shows 200+ people have seen it and there are comments.

This action is sometimes referred to as a thread getting Jim'd. I didnt see the thread in question but there's a >50% chance if it got shut down, JarheadJim was involved in some shenanigans.
