A good poster once proclaimed that Lane Kiffin had charisma.
I think it is pretty obvious that Kiffin has ZERO charisma, and comes across as a whiny putz who couldn't coach his way out of a paper bag.
He'd better be able to recruit, because he won't be able to lean on Pete Carroll's blue chip recruits any longer.
