So living in Omaha I have heard plenty about Rutgers the past couple days and most of it has been "Why in the hell Rutgers" and "This is a mistake". At the bar the other night I did hear a conversation where a guy kept saying why not Syracuse so that made me laugh.
One of my friends did find the Times article from 2011 where they showed the football demographics of NYC and Rutgers somehow had 30 percent and Syracuse had 0.7. I remember seeing a thread on here talking about how the numbers were really off and the Times did a horrible survey. What was the reason the survey was off again? Some of the husker fans down here need to learn what Rutgers is all about.
