I didn't read through all 8 pages, but...
if you tweak a back, and it's a muscle thing, it sometimes helps to immediately keep dynamic movement in it, so it doesn't 'freeze up.' At least, that's my experience. If i wrench my back, i definitely don't want to just sit down and let it stiffen. Gotta believe Battle had some input into the decision.
