Hopefully this gives us confidence. I liked how they are slowing down tempo, so they keep Eddie involved in the game. Also, turnovers was way down and ft shooting was not abysmal.

Good:
JJ was really good down the stretch.
Cuffe made big shots in the 2nd half
Taylor made big shots in the 1st half
Davis played big on the boards replacing Freeman
Red I think did a pretty decent job today. Drove the ball a lot more today. Less Carlos Less Bell Less Moore

Bad:
Players not tucking in their jerseys. (I hate whoever pointed this out in the game thread now I can't stop seeing it)

Untucked looks badass as hell when you're shushing the crowd with a fingerlip going down the court after making a free throw.

It's water under the bridge at this point, but I really think we could have beaten ND and Georgetown with a healthy Starling and be a much more respectable 10-6. Oh well.

Let’s see our fans show up on Tuesday. Louisville ready for a let down after beating Clemson and Pitt. Cuffe was huge down the stretch and Taylor and Lampkin made their free throws. We lost at BC last year. Every ACC road win is a big win. If we had JJ we would have beat both ND and WF and everyone would be feeling a lot different. Coming back on the road being down eight with under eight minutes left is a tough minded win. Kudo to the staff and team.

We would have beat Georgetown as well.

Our saving grace this year will be the ACC is terrible. As bad as we are, more than half the league is as bad or worst than us. Which is crazy. If we were even average we probably win 20 games just because the league is so bad

Can't say I watched the game in its entirety. But it seems like there are SOME pieces there. It's a matter of the guys and Red putting it all together.

My expectations are pretty low for the rest of the year, but hopefully this year can build some sort of confidence going into next season

I'm actually looking forward to the Louisville game on Tuesday. That feels refreshing to say.

The next two are at home -- we have a chance to be at 10-8 and 4-3 in conference.

Even though this season has been a dumpster fire, you can really sense that the guys are still dialed in. There is a lot of positive energy on the court and on the bench.
