Benny confuses pushing and shoving after a dead ball vs toughness.

Defending a teammate still getting harassed after the ref blows the whistle is a good thing. It is toughness.

Carey over him though? I know bad Benny is bad, but Carey brings less than zero.

That's not nice to say. Injured guys bring zero, or close to it. But Carey hustled, got after it on defense and the boards. He mixed it up. That's all we want, 5-10 minutes of effort, maybe a put-back or a dunk here or there, a couple rebounds and a blocked shot or two.
