Without opening the article I was going to guess three from each list. Went with-

Best: Drummond, Vucevic, Stephenson
Worst: Joe Johnson, Stoudemire, Sanders

Missed Sanders. I think he will eventually make his contract worthwhile- has had a tough road with injuries this year and high expectations.

I don't remember off the top of my head, but Sanders may have fallen short of the 30 game minimum I set. Debated whether or not to include injured players, but ultimately decided against it.
