Surprised but not surprised. I thought he might go right into training in with hopes of getting a G league of overseas contract. Playing for BA might serve the same purpose. I think he could help BA. Youthful legs and some skills with his junkyard game.

Agreed -- solid addition, but I'm concerned about his ability to defend against the types of players he'll face in this setting.

But if he shoots it as well as he did at times last year, he'll be a very tough matchup on the other end. He should be really, really dialed in after playing NBA summer league -- this isn't like some player from 5 years ago trying to round back into form.

I think he would take one step slow. The fear is that he is 3 steps slow.
