Bowl possibilities?

Syracuse travels well, and has one of the most exciting offenses in college football this year. We’ll be desired.

I would love an SEC matchup to see how we’d stack up.

I think that all depends on how the Coastal plays out. But, right now, if we win out (hello ND!) and the Coastal keeps beating each other up it won't matter who goes to the ACC Championship from that side.

BTW, is ND in the conversation of taking out NY6 slot or are they considered an independent for NY6 bowls?

I'd like Belk or Gator bowl.

Pinstripe would be good to but we have been there twice recently and I'd like a little variety in our bowl games.

I think our goal should be camping world... However I think that obviously goes to the winner of the ACC Coastal.

As of now I think

Virginia- Camping World
Boston College- Belk
Syracuse- Pinstripe
NC State- Sun
Miami- Gator
Florida State- Independence
Pitt- Quick Lane
VT- Military Bowl
GT- Gasparilla Bowl
WF- Birmingham
Duke- ???????

Jeeze we might have a lot of bowl eligible teams... We have 12 out of 14 teams that have 4 wins or more currently. We are terrible up top besides Clemson but after that it is very even among teams

Some 4-4 teams won’t make it to 6-6. FSU has a brutal schedule and WF and Pitt may struggle to win two more with who they have left. ACC probably sees 10-11 eligible teams but has tie ins for all. Syracuse should be at least top 7 or 8 ish.

I think Wake and GT may struggle to each get 2 more wins. I don't think they'll be bowl bound this year.

Yeah I figure some teams won't make it... But just for now I included all teams that are on pace to become bowl eligible

Doesn't the ACC have a spot in the Music City Bowl?

That was the case in some years like 2001 or 2010 when our offense was terrible and boring, and we didn’t travel all that well.

Is that the case in 2018? We at least have a high powered offense and a charismatic coach now.
 
Georgia Tech has that option football rolling. They will get there.

Only if the Gator Bowl passes in their option to take an ACC team. It’s either the Gator or Music City, not both.

FSU still plays ND, NC State, Florida and BC. Can’t see them winning two more games

Tampa Raymond James is Outback, Big 10/SEC tie ins. We've got no chance at that one. Would be nice for this Tampa suburb resident.

That seems to be a week to week thing though. Sometimes it’s dead in the water. And when it is, they have no answers.

We don’t travel well for football. We are exciting as hell but we don’t travel well which is why I think Pinstripe assuming we win either 7 or 8.

Probably the ACCCG Runner-up gets the Peach.

Camping world it is! Although, now I'll have to drive for the beach...;-)

If we had the next best record in the ACC, where would that put us?
