Have to enjoy people not even giving a coach a chance to show he's the right hire.

How the hell can anyone say with any authority that this is the wrong man for the job? That any other coach would have been better? We won't know who the right man will be for another couple years. Frost could crash and burn as a head coach. Ash could wind up being great. Or, vice versa. There's simply no way to predict.

I wanted an offensive mind, but come on, people. At least be open to giving the guy a chance to prove he can do the job, since he's who we're getting (probably).

Let's face it, this guy probably was not in our first five choices. We probably didn't have to pay all that much for him. IF that is true and we have another bottom of the conference staff budget, we should not have big expectations. I am hoping for resectability. I will settle for that. Of course, if that happens, he will be gone.

I just don't see leaks in a process where only very top level people are involved and anyone else that might hear something could lose their job over talking to someone tied to an internet board.
