Brisly Estime

Also that guy would be the fastest guy on the team already...wow

Looks like this kid was committed to Iowa State then decommited recently.

Gotta be excited just to see this. We are going to get some burners baby! This is going to get fun.

Estime, the 5-foot-9, 185-pound defensive back, return specialist and a Post All-Area player of the year, said on Sunday that Iowa State revoked his scholarship offer. He is no longer planning on signing with the Cyclones.

According to Estime, Iowa State pulled the offer after he visited Western Michigan this weekend, which ISU did not want him to do. That’s a harsh turn of events for a player who seemed to be settling when he committed to Iowa State last month.

Estime, who previously committed to Purdue before backing off, has interest from several programs, but it is unclear what verbal scholarship offers currently stand. He plans to visit Arkansas later this month, and Tennessee has shown recent interest. He does not have an offer from either program.

He was named the Post‘s All-Area large schools player of the year after intercepting four passes as a safety, catching 306 yards and four touchdowns as a receiver, and returning five kicks or punts for touchdowns. He was also an All-State selection.

Update: Late Friday afternoon, Brisly Estime decommitted from Purdue, saying the school wanted him to visit before he made his decision.

Iowa state got butt hurt. Also people are saying he's 20 going on 21. The Purdue thing sounds weird.

That kid looks super super fast. That speed in the dome...

There are a lot of hurt egos (Hog Fans) telling him that someone will get to recruit him for Arky very soon. To give them time.
If the staff is seriously considering this kid they should act now.

What if this is what recruiting is going to be like going forward...it's gonna be something to watch. McDonald is gonna take no prisoners!!!Going for the kill every time he gets a chance. WOW,...this is uncharted territory for a 'Cuse staff...right?

I was thinking the same thing reading SEC recruits twitter pages is a whole different ball game vs the big east. Their fans say anything. Remember when we were worried about violations?

With this new recruiting focus of the staff we are going to probably be in a position to have kids get recruited over...AND I CANT WAIT

Holy hell can that kid fly. Can he qualify is the question we should be asking ourselves, though? That said, if he has the brains then I am all for him coming here because good god is he quick.

He claims on twitter that ISU didn't like him continuing to take visits, so they pulled the offer.

I posted his weird story above. He decommitted from Purdue because they wanted him to visit before committing and apparently he didn't want to(?). Then Iowa St pulled the offer after he visited Western Michigan(!).
