I don't remember seeing where the "defender's" feet were on that one.

But, that being said, the block / charge rule is ruining basketball at every level from CYO / house leagues on up. The rule use to be entitlement of space. Only a total idiot would run to a spot to stand there to get kneecapped to their jaws. That isn't playing defense.
