ok. i have completed my bubble evaluation and realistically i have 4 spots for 6 to 8 teams.

teams i have moved slightly ahead of the bottom group(last 4 byes group):
Seton Hall
Vanderbilt(thanks Florida)
Xavier
Providence

Last 4 in my field:
Wake
Syracuse
Usc
(gap)
Kansas State

just out:
Rhode Island
Cal
MTSU(at large)
Nevada (at large)
Houston(will need to win the tourney to get into my field)

That's a good list. I think KState might move to the top of that list of last four in if they beat WVU.

I think MTSU is at least in that last four if not above it. RI is obviously lurking with a shot at an automatic.

I'd love to have a drink or 12 with the guy but his commentary is distracting and takes away from the games he's on.

Agreed. He's fun if you're not that interested in the outcome but if you are then he can wear on you.

they just showed a graphic in the k-state game saying k-state is the only bubble team with 2 BPI top 15 wins. Duke is 8th and Virginia is 5th

I'm usually not interested in the outcome, and he's just so obnoxious to me. He's better when I have a bet on the game, because I'm zoning him out. He's just not funny, or clever, or anything to me. He doesn't even do his job. His stories are corny, and his shtick is sad. Just my thoughts.

I look up and see fewest points in a half this season. Beautiful. We are done. Last team in, if we are extremely lucky. At this point, it seems that we just want to say we made it. We didn't earn it, and aren't winning more than a game or two. I'd almost rather win the NIT, almost.

I assume if Kansas St wins tonight over West Virginia it would be enough to close the gap and slip them ahead of Syracuse?

West Virginia shot about 15% better from the field than all of us in the first half

I got UConn,

Don't give the chance to Houston to win a big game tomorrow. That would be enough to create some potential that they might get in. I trust one of Cincy/SMU will take care of UConn.
