He played against Pitt but only 9 minutes. Clarke led them in rebounding and steals. He was second in assists and 4th in scoring. Clarke was a massive loss.

13) Missouri lost over Tennessee BAD

So far 3/3 from the first group and 0/1 from the second

Hmm, maybe Sy aggravated it because he didn't play a minute today and they desperately could have used him

This could have been the big win Wake was looking for. Why didn't they go down to Collins in the last few minutes. He had Grayson Allen clearly pinned behind him for an easy post toss to the basket and they just didn't do it.

As expected Tennessee won this game.

So the bubble is now 2-4 this weekend,

I did not include Virginia Tech in my watch this week as they are at an 8.4 seed right now. But they are not "locked" in the true sense of the word yet.
 
really need WV to pick it up here at home vs T.Tech

If Tech hangs on and steals this after beating Baylor the other day, they'll definitely be in for now
 
I like how this weekend has started. We take care of business tomorrow and I like our chances even more, especially getting to 9 wins - just 1 shy away from 10 and a winning record in the ACC. With how the bubble looks right now, I think the committee would have a tough time leaving us out with a 10-8 record in conference.

Yeah, probably why he only played 9 minutes. VA Tech is down to 6 healthy guys, with Sy hurt.

We could -- I stopped at the last 8 for my tracking of the "bubble record" this weekend. For simplicity of assessing the results for that day, I try to identify the group before hand.

Michigan St could fall back with a few losses.

Texas Tech beat Baylor earlier this week. A win here would be a massive week for them. As I am typing this West Virgnia has taken 46-45 lead,
 
Apologies as I made a mistake in my first post yesterday. I had Clemson as the First Team Out - in fact they were the first team in. So every team above the line moves up one spot.. and the bubble looks even weaker. The error I made was that Marquette was showing as "in" on the matrix. but they were out based on the count from new brackets. I dropped Marquette out, but did not put in the replacement team in Clemson

Note, to keep the integrity of the table before the weekend games, I did not look at today's brackets regarding California only. I also have 71 new enough brackets to use. (Thurs-Sat)

Press Virginia is just that. One trick pony. Their half court d isn't even that good.
 
Bad possesion by Texas Tech to end the first overtime. At least they ensured that WVU would not get a chance a win.
