Buffalo Bills 2021 Thread

James and Byard are the only AFC safeties in Poyer’s class. They are both in the PB. Mathieu made it in the PB and he is short of Poyer in the following departments:

9 less solo tackles
9 less assisted tackles
3 less tackles for loss
2 less interceptions
3 less defended passes

So who else would you have over him?

The guy is not an alternate to anyone. He is a stud.
I’d probably go with Byard easily #1. And then after that you’re really splitting hairs between Poyer, Derwin, Simmons, Phillips, and Hyde IMO.

You all want to discuss vaccine efficacy or what is fact and what is not? Do it on the buffalonews.com site or in the COVID thread. Not here. Final warning.

Buffalo did what they did. The players did (or didn't do) what they did.

Stevenson to Covid for the Pats. Looks like Bourne, Agholor, and Stevenson are all out for sure
Are we sure about Bourne and Agholor being out?

What is Damien Harris's status?

Of course Kendrick Bourne somehow comes back off covid without even missing a game.

Vaxxed, unvaxxed, either way… it is incredibly rare for a guy to not even miss one game. Look around the league.. it just rarely happens.

Same for Tyreek Hill. The NFL just changed the rules for vaccinated players to make it a lot easier for them to clear protocols. They can test positive and still play if their CT score is high enough.

Star, Breida and Sweeney inactive.

Star will be missed, but no loss at all on the other two.

Don't even want to share what the rumour is about Star's personal situation. Praying it's not true.
