It kinda reminds me of Rodgers (still a buffoon) when he had his spat with the Packers two years ago. Just spitballing but maybe Diggs feels his voice isn't being heard enough about his concerns with the offense. He did mention in that one interview around the Super Bowl that during the 2nd half of the year the offense changed.
