Stidham was carving them up the first half till that stupid two handed chest pass fumble. Maye did NOTHING all game even before the weather got bad besides run. It’s the NFL so the outcomes can always be massaged to their needs with a few phantom holding or PI calls either way but if there is truly a decently officiated square game in good conditions, it’s not going to be close. Btw I’d say this for Seattle vs any afc team this year

The fact that he went with an even more awkward two-handed chest pass later in the game was just as shocking.

I assumed the first one was an awkward moment of panic.

Like, if I was to throw a stuffed animal on my GF while she was sleeping, that would be the exact form she would use to discard it - whilst waking up in terror. And that's apparently how he may throw very short passes under duress.

Other dudes do it, Herbert, Allen, etc...but at least they look like normal people doing it.

My 2c... they are waiting on Kubiak otherwise they would've hired someone by now. Daboll has been available for 3 months. If he was the guy he would be the guy.

What concerns me is that I don't see anything earth shattering with the Jags offense... how is this guy going to be any better than Brady? I think Nix looked great and Darnold is doing great so I guess either Webb or Kubiak would be my top 2.

TBH this is quite an underwhelming bunch of coaches. Huge risk with any of them. But then again I never heard of McD before we hired him and he turned out to be a really really good coach. He just couldn't adjust his D to get off the field during the playoffs.

I mean the Jags offense was better than the Broncos. Of course they also had better personnel everywhere except OL. But then how do you quantify both having offensive HCs. It's impossible. Too much we don't know.
Count me in among those who get the heebie jeebies from Dabol & Brady.

I don't hate it but don't love it either. Kubiak was the guy I felt could have really been impactful and Udinski I found intriguing. Webb was just to inexperienced. If this is true I really hope Daboll will come in as the OC.

So Allen must be a big Brady guy and gave his full support. Can't see any other reason you'd go with someone on current staff.
