Burn it all down. This is rock bottom

Yes he did. Benny just can’t win with some people. Last week everyone said he shouldn’t shoot any outside shots and just focus on putbacks. He did that tonight and is criticized for it.
His shot looked better today, but I still don’t think that’s his game yet, that won’t said we should give him credit where credit is due!

Did you see the (lack of) attendance?
Syracuse plays high level sports TO MAKE MONEY.
The number of people still willing to spend their time and money seeing this hot trash in person is just about over.
This is probably my last year of seasons. Mostly because I can't make back some of the money on a couple of games that I don't care to go to anyway. Last night there was barely anyone there. Snow sure, but these early games used to pull in plenty of fans.

I’m sure the 400 fans that show up to watch soccer games are happy. What will we resort to next, pumping up our Cross Country team as the savior of the school?
At least they (cross country) are ranked! Both the men and women.

Sound like a pessimest. We can agree to disagree, not on the game, but on positive vs negative on Syracuse basketball.. No bones to pick with you personally. I just want to put a positive spin on a young season. May very well be in your camp before the end of the season. Just do not want to jump there after two games.
It’s been 8+ years.

I’m also so tired of hearing about the Carmelo team. That was TWENTY years ago. Until I got here, I’d never seen a fan base hold onto teams twenty and thirty years ago more than Syracuse fans do. I’m glad you all got to experience that, but I really just want to win.
Someone has never talked to Notre dame fans

At one point in the 2nd half, he had Copeland and either Torrence or Mintz at the top of the zone, and Joe was on the back line (!) in the right corner. I mean, what is he thinking with that? If you're going to have to play 3 guards to try to get an offensive flow, you HAVE to play man.
OMG, I was dying when i saw Joe playing the back line! I was sure it was a mistake that Joe and Copeland made in setting up the zone, but I think it went on for several plays and JB either didn’t see it and correct it or that’s what he wanted. Either way, atrocious!

Had Joe down low for his rebounding ha. The top of the zone is bad but any ball movement where a forward has to move out top is also not good thus far. Benny's close outs on ball swings are still half-hearted at best. It won't happen but I would love JB to say "okay we have 10 guys who are all for the most part equal, whether you are in your 4th year or 4th day, if you don't hustle or make a "me" play via a bad shot or a pass between your legs or whatever... you are coming out". Let's run waves of people we aren't going anywhere anyway.

Some of the key flaws I’ve observed in individuals age 75+ is their inability to listen and their rejection of change designed for improvement.
Not sure if I need to defend JB, me or both? Fairly broad interpretation that actually fits folks of all age groups. Is it really an inability or is it a blend of experience and "been there, done that"? I suspect you and many of the folks that "Liked" your post are not 75+, but I wish you the best of luck in NOT developing your perceived inability!!
LGO!

Not sure which soccer team you are referring to but the men's team averaged close to 1200 at their home games this season. In fact many of the games were SRO since the capacity is listed at 1500.

You are free to interpret it however you please. Up to you if you want to apply it to the wider population of individuals aged 75+.

Remember when we used to blow out Colgate by 25-30 points and we would have a dozen highlight reel plays? We are getting trashed by them now. Because we just don't get the high caliber players we used to. On SU teams just 9-10 years ago Mintz as a freshman would be playing 8 minutes in an OOC blowout game. None of our other freshmen this year would ever get off the bench. The program has changed a lot. And not in a good way. BTW, Colgate lost to Buffalo. That Buffalo team got run off the court by UConn last night. They are still getting some really good players. Wonder why??

After last night I have decided to enter the portal.

Well, at least you DID get the "one before the pine box", Toga.

“My name’s Billy and I ABSOLUTELY SUCK!!!”

The Rock was brutal, lol.
There were consecutive summers when they tried to give guys a push and both feuded with the Rock. Billy Gunn did not succeed. Chris Benoit showed he could hang with a main eventer and a few years later won the heavyweight title at WM20 in a triple threat with HBK and HHH.
