Not sure entirely. We payed pretty good for Morano and Siby. People told me these were two guys at a price (I guess unlike Fennell/Majstorovic).

Part of it might be setting a pipeline with agents. Also, if anyone cares, Blunt was responsible for this one too it sounds like.

I hope he develops and sticks with Orange. We've had to buy a Center each of the last 4 years. That's rough in the current market. Although we have to pay a guy once he develops, it probably alleviates stress on the budget to have a home-grown guy who wants to stay for several years.

Unfortunately seems like everything operates on a one year basis. Even when they are signed for multi-year.
