I got that message in DC...my current location. I was also able to X out of it and get to the ordering box. You have to click on one of the games...it brings up the ordering options.

Has anyone tried to do this through their OAA account?

For anyone wondering the PPV is different than OAA you can't just sing into OAA and order it on that account. I had to make a new account so if you are ordering and watching you may want to alot a few extra minutes for sign up.
