Kentucky is not an NIL king. Arkansas has a much bigger NIL budget than Kentucky.

I'll be honest, I would prefer to win the big portal recruits. I hope we have a team together that can evaluate and land portal guys. We need freshmen, too. But, upperclassmen win more than freshmen.
