If you enjoy history Savannah is hard to beat. We spent a week there 2 years ago and enjoyed every minute of it. You can stand in the spot where William Tecumseh Sherman considered burning the city down before he gifted the city to Lincoln as a Christmas present. The cemetery is a must see. A trolley tour is strongly recommended. We spent a week in Charleston the previous year and definitely prefer Savannah.
