I was wondering this too. Dook has like 12 of the top 10 players somehow. I know those rankings aren't gospel, but a bit disconcerting nonetheless.
Rivals has him 16th fwiw.

The bigger reason is being at IMG. He's not playing where the scouts are, so he's not getting opportunities to defend his position from late bloomers.
