Yeah there's talent, and there's a lack of discipline, poor play-calling, and poor execution. Those things happen year after year, which doesn't reflect on players it reflects on coaching. So then, do we want to tear it down and find someone new and gamble on whether they can get talent? Or is the ceiling gonna be a cut below the good teams and blowing out Colgate?

Dino is great with time management

It’s between him and me two weeks before an important brief is due as the greatest time managers of all time.

He's made one mistake today. One. I can see if the play calling was bad. The execution is not there. Turnovers, dropped passes, missed tackles and the QB not giving his receivers a chance when they're open.

We just can't continue with the brain farts in big games. This is no longer a trend, it's a pattern.
I don't have the answers, but it IS a reality with Dino
