And because of the lifestyle their job provides them, I have little sympathy. My sympathies go to the groups that have little to no safety net.

The successful ones might have a nice life, but the average or non successful ones are just grinding until they get fired.

Look at a guy like Steve Forbes from Wake. His days or years are numbered in a career he's worked forever at. Nice guy, but sometimes they finish last.

We all know there's zero demand for Hop. The time will come when Hodgson will ask for a decision from SU if he gets an offer from another school similar to us.

I don’t think Hodgkins would command that much more than Hopkins. This would be his 1st big time job, so he is a risk in a different way. I’d be enthusiastic if he gets the call here but I’m not as 100% convinced he will turn it all around as you all are. He and Schertz are the “ Flavor of the month” candidates right now, so I would be happy with either one.

I don't think their motives would be to save money by hiring Hopkins. What it would signal to me is that the decision makers to me have an outdated way of thinking and don't have a clue on what it takes to win at this level.

I really think Kiyan could thrive under Hodgson as well. Much moreso than Hop, even if the iso ball has that comfortable familiarity.

I think he would have to be really convinced. And I don't know this, but since Bh is a Lally sponsor, I think melo just might be a little chapped that his name is below theirs on his bg.
