TJ is a midwesterner I doubt we’d be able to get him
Didn’t Earn It everyone knows itI still dont know how Autry got the job.
This team has some talent and brought in some good HS players and transfers. Sad that they're being wasted.
Yes needs to happen this year. Have melo be a consultant and advocate.Isn't this the perfect year to part ways with Autry? We have Melo highly involved. Melo can be part of the process to some degree and we keep the NIL funds rolling in.
I've seen enough. Still no discipline and offensive system. I will say the defense has improved. However, Red is in over his head. I feel bad for him. Down one at half and it's a 30pt game. We couldn't defend a simple high/low on defense.
As an O State grad I applaud his mention. Let's go outside the box and overpay for a proven winner.I don't know, part of me wants them to go really outside the box. Jason Leone at Oswego is down the road, he's a psycho on the court but his players love playing for him and he's a flat out winner and nobody has anything bad to say about him.

He recruits, he coaches, and he wins. Yes it's the d3 level but he's a CBA grad and also a big Cuse fan who knows how important Cuse basketball is to the area. 3 years ago he beat the defending national champs on their home court in the sweet 16 and snapped their 60+ home court win streak. A "down" year for him is a 17-9 record. As an O State grad I applaud his mention. Let's go outside the box and overpay for a proven winner.
As an aside, Fulton native, Kevin Broderick was the coach who turned in Oswego State into a basketball winner many years ago. Record wise were one the the worst teams in all Division 3 for many years. He has also been successful at Nazareth as well.He recruits, he coaches, and he wins. That’s where I am now. JB would have won at least two of those games. Tough to defend, I just had no confidence AA could out coach any of those guys on the other side this week. And he didn’tin less than 48 hours, we go from thinking we have a good shot at the Tourney to already revisiting this.
And it's not really surprising. Bad coaches are bad coaches, it is what it is.
To be fair--as a midwesterner--the midwest is basically fentanyl, corn, and post-industrialization wasteland. We might just get him.TJ is a midwesterner I doubt we’d be able to get him
Red under contract through 2028.
The Midwest:To be fair--as a midwesterner--the midwest is basically fentanyl, corn, and post-industrialization wasteland. We might just get him.
Edit: Parts of Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota are the exception.
Yeah are these incoming Frosh that good that we keep a guy who is over his head? Melo ties and all...we need to move on.
